HOW TO BOOK? STEP 1. On the main page, select one of the cities in the category ACCOMMODATION. STEP 2. Then choose the apartment according to your wishes and needs. For direct BOOKING click on the "RESERVATION" and for more information click on "INFO". STEP 3. After reviewing all the information about the facilities that you are interested in go to the "RESERVATION". STEP 4. Check availability of the apartment on the calendar and fill in "RESERVATION FORM". Please enter the data that are correct and detailed, in case of lack or incorrect informations, reservations will not be valid. STEP 5. Once you have correctly and completely filled in "Reservation Form" click on the PRICE CALCULATION. STEP 6. Apart RESERVATION FORM on the right side the window will opetn to you with exact CALCULATION of total cost of accommodation as well as the amount of deposit (30%) and informations about the number of nights and time of arrival and departure, as well as a KEY for RESERVATION. STEP 7. Fill in CAPTCHA (security code) and click on the KEY "RESERVATION". STEP 8. This is your final step of RESERVATION. Once you have filled in your information in the RESEVATION FORM, got PRICE CALCULATION, filled in CAPTCHA (security code), and confirmed a reservation you'll be on a new page "YOUR RESERVATION. This site is purely informational and it is there ONLY because of you, to once again review your information, check the dates of arrival and departure, and to be 100% SURE of the service that you are paying. STEP 9. After checking your data click on "PROCEED PAYMENT" STEP 10. Now you are on a secure page of WSPay system that uses the highest standards of protection and privacy of data. All merchants who use WSpay were included in the 3D secure protection, which guarantees customers that the buying is safe. STEP 11. On the secure page of WSpay system complete all information that are being asked from you and click on MAKE PAYMENTS. Cooperation with the card houses resulted with the Service Pack WSpay ™ which allows on-line authorization of cards in a real time. WSpay ™ enables web shops indirect communication with computers of the card houses in order to implement transactions. During, it uses a series of security checks that guarantee the correctness of their work, and accuracy and a high degree of data safety of the transactions. YOUR RESERVATION IS RECEIVED When
we receive notice from the bank that the deposit is paid, you will
receive an email about the confirmation of the reservation. NOTES : After the advance charge to your card, or receipt of proof of payment with bank-assignement, you will receive a Confirmation of reservation indicating paid amount and informations about the host and location. After the charge balance on your card, or receipt of proof of payment of balance with bank-assignement, you will receive a Receipt and Voucher as a confirmation of the total amount paid for the accommodation and Sojourn tax. Upon receipt of your confirmation we will send you the exact calculation of the amounts and dates of charge to your credit card, or the amounts and dates for payment through the bank. |
