Conditions of payment: You need to pay 30% to confirm the reservation, and 70% on the day of arrival. Prices are for the property per night in EUR for up to 5 people staying per night, unless stated otherwise. Minimum stay is 3 days. Price does not include 1 Euro Croatian Tourist Tax per person (of the age of 12 and above) per night, which is payable on arrival. Discounts on longer booking periods available on request.

This centrally placed 45m2 apartment in Opatija is suitable for 4 to 5 persons. Extra bed for 5th person can be put on demand. The sea is 100m from apartment. The apartment has all modern comfort, including satellite TV, 2 plasma TV, air condition, modern furniture and armored doors. The apartment is on the second floor and it is composed of: 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and big garden next to the house (100m2).

This beautiful house was built in the late 19th Century. On the ground floor of the villa was once the only spices and delicacies shop in Opatija. The beach is only 100 meters from apartments and that is also the distance to the Ambasador Hotel and the promenade Lungomare. The green market is in the vicinity of the house. Behind the villa is a private locked parking space, entrances to apartments Miyo and Opatija and a terrace with a grill. In front of the house is a large terrace with table and chairs and a barbecue for a long relaxing evenings.
