Conditions of payment: You need to pay 30% to confirm the reservation, and 70% on the day of arrival. Prices are for the property per night in EUR for up to 9 people staying per night, unless stated otherwise. Minimum staying is 3 days. Price does not include 1 Euro Croatian Tourist Tax per person (of the age of 12 and above) per night, which is payable on arrival. Discounts on longer booking periods available on request.

This centrally located 100m2 apartment in Opatija is suitable for 6-9 persons. Beach is 80m from apartment. Apartment is composed like this: living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms, terrace and big garden with barbecue in front of house (100m2). Parking space is in front of apartment.

Fully equipped kitchen, with stove, fridge and more than enough dishes/cutlery/pots and pans for a relaxed self-catering holiday. Dining area with table and chairs.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior your arrival - we tend to leave you to get on with your holiday in peace until the day of departure or cleaning apartment on your demand. Towels and linen are provided free of charge. Gas, electricity, water and heating are all included.

This beautiful house was built in the late 19th Century. On the ground floor of the villa was once the only spices and delicacies shop in Opatija. The beach is only 100 meters from apartments and that is also the distance to the Ambasador Hotel and the promenade Lungomare. The green market is in the vicinity of the house. Behind the villa is a private locked parking space, entrances to apartments Miyo and Opatija and a terrace with a grill. In front of the house is a large terrace with table and chairs and a barbecue for a long relaxing evenings.
