Conditions of payment: 30% of the entire amount should be payed to confirm the reservation, and 70% on the day of arrival. Prices are for the property per night in EUR for up to 4 people staying per night, unless stated otherwise. Minimum stay is 3 days. Price does not include 1 Euro Croatian Tourist Tax per person (of the age of 12 and above) per night, which is payable on arrival. Discounts on longer booking periods available on request.

Luxury 39m2 apartment Zimm in Villa Ilirija is convenient for 3 persons, with the possibility of the 4th person sleeping on the comfortable sofa bed. There is only a 5-6 minutes’ walk to the beach, grocery shop and restaurant. The apartment has all modern comfort, including satellite TV, air conditioning, modern furniture, security doors. It is on ground floor and its composed of a bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom and terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, fridge and more than enough dishes/cutlery/pots and pans for your holiday delicacies.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior your arrival - we tend to leave you to get on with your holiday in peace until the day of departure or the apartment can be cleaned on your demand. Towels and linen are provided free of charge. Gas, electricity, water and heating are all included.
